Conclusions:
What an ego trip being invited to paint figures for box art!
I must admit this was one of the toughest figures I have painted thus far; I wanted to do my best on the complex digital pattern and I didn't want to take any shortcuts as it would definately show on the finished piece. I hope this article would be useful to anyone trying to recreate pixelated camo uniforms; yes, it is tedious and nerve wrecking at times, but the finished result is taking camouflage uniform painting to a whole new level. As for me... I have to take a short break before tackling with ACU again; I almost lost my eyesight “toothpicking“ all those pixels!
