1⁄1Oval Concrete Granary
Oval Concrete Silo
Lineside structures come in many shapes and sizes. This oval concrete grain silo displays many interesting features. Randy Harvey [HARV] carries a camera and provides another excellent walkaround. This silo is near Clearmont, Wyoming.Features
I would like to hear from people who can explain the design of this structure. It is unique in that it is poured concrete. It is also curious in that it is reinforced with circumferential tension rods held with embedded tensioners.Look through the (vandalized broken) windows and you will notice common pipes used for railing.
Notice the segmented assembly of the loading pipes.
See the grass growing on the roof of the store house?
